Eilish is a graduate of the Grafton Academy of Dress Design, where she specialised in Bridal wear and Occasion wear. Moving to New York, she furthered her skills graduating from The New York Institute of Technology (specialising in Millinery). She has spent 20 years in New York working in Bridal wear and Occasion wear through her own retail store.

She has recently returned to Ireland to focus on developing her collections here. Her collections are overwhelmingly feminine and romantic, instantly wearable, using luxurious fabrics with effortless sophistication and imaginative touches and appeal to a wide customer base.
